I know what it’s like to feel that food has the upper hand—promising control but delivering guilt. For years, I wrestled through every diet, losing and using food for comfort and having to cope with the health consequences as a result. What finally changed everything wasn’t another plan or restriction—it was self-compassion. Learning to meet myself with kindness instead of judgment transformed how I eat, think, and live. Now, I help others do the same: to step out of the cycle of dieting, guilt, and shame, and build a calmer, kinder, more sustainable relationship with food.
I come from an experiential and performance background and now as an executive and somatic coach with 15 years of experience I bring the same compassionate approach to my leadership and training work. I specialise in helping those who don’t have a seat at the table to find their voice and presence.
My facilitation style combines emotional intelligence with practical skill-building, using methods like bespoke role play, forum theatre, and one-to-one coaching to create transformative learning experiences.
I’ve designed and led programmes for organisations including LinkedIn, KPMG, Northern Trust, and the NHS focusing on personal impact and communicating with clarity.
